On June 30, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing that, commencing July 1, 2011, the Company’s $172,500,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.9375% Convertible Senior Debentures due 2015 will be convertible by holders of the Debentures. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
