Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 29, 2011, Yayi International Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is hereby furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
