Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 30, 2011, MB Financial Bank, N.A. (the “Bank”), a wholly owned subsidiary of MB Financial, Inc., completed the bulk sale of certain performing, sub-performing and non-performing loans of the Bank pursuant to the Bank’s previously announced agreement with Colony Capital Acquisitions, LLC.
