On June 28, 2011, Rotech Healthcare Inc. (the “Company”) submitted its application for relisting of the Company’s common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market. The listing application is subject to review and approval by NASDAQ’s Listing Qualifications department for compliance with all NASDAQ Stock Market standards. The Company anticipates the NASDAQ review process to last approximately two months or longer before completion. While the Company intends to satisfy all of NASDAQ’s requirements for relisting, there can be no assurance that its application will be approved, or of when or if its common shares will be listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market or another stock exchange. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under its current symbol, ROHI, during the NASDAQ review process.
