Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 23, 2011, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.03 per share on the Company’s common stock relating to the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2011. The dividend will be payable to all shareholders of record on July 15, 2011 and will be paid on August 1, 2011.
