Item 8.01. Other Events
On June 24, 2011, Horizon Lines, LLC (“Horizon”) and Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. (“Home Depot”) entered into a release whereby Home Depot released Horizon, its affiliates and certain other persons from alleged antitrust claims asserted by Home Depot against Horizon. Horizon will continue to provide ocean transportation services to Home Depot.
