Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 23, 2011, Christopher G. Kennedy announced his decision to depart from his position as President of Vornado’s Merchandise Mart Division to pursue other interests. Mr. Kennedy’s resignation will be effective July 23, 2011, at which point Mark Falanga, a 17-year veteran of the Merchandise Mart, will become its new President and Myron Maurer, a 24-year veteran of the Merchandise Mart, will become its Chief Operating Officer.
