Item 8.01 Other Events
Effective as of the close of business on June 21, 2011, Teche Federal Bank, the Registrant’s wholly owns subsidiary, converted its charter from a federal savings bank to a Lousiana-chartered commercial bank. The Registrant issued a press release on June 22, 2011 announcing the completion of the conversion, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
