Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 23, 2011, Mannatech, Incorporated issued a press release announcing a restructuring of its U.S. operations and elimination of 98 work force positions. The strategic move impacts 64 employees and 34 other open positions, and includes other discretionary expense reductions to rebuild profitability and generate positive cash flow.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
