ITEM 5.02. Appointment of Principal Officers.
The board of directors has appointed Patrick F. McGuiness, 45, principal financial officer with the title Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer, and James N. Fernandez, 55, principal operating officer with the title Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer. Mr. McGuiness replaces Mr. Fernandez as principal financial officer. Both appointments were made effective June 21, 2011.
