Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 21, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Lei Wang as the Company’s Vice President and Director of Investor and Public Relations and that it will open a new office in Beijing, China on July 2, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
