On June 20, 2011, Worthington Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) reported that Harry A. Goussetis, President of Worthington Cylinder Corporation, a subsidiary of the Company, has decided to retire effective July 31, 2011.
A copy of the news release issued by the Company on June 20, 2011 announcing the retirement of Mr. Goussetis is included with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
