Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 15, 2011, Cincinnati Bell Inc. employees represented by the Communications Workers of America (CWA) and its Locals 4400 and 4401 ratified the labor agreement reached by the company and union officials on May 7, 2011. The negotiated agreement extends through August 9, 2014.
