Resignation of Jeffrey P. Lane as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Packaging
On June 20, 2011, we announced that Jeffrey P. Lane will resign his position as senior vice president and general manager, Packaging, effective June 22, 2011. A copy of the news release announcing Mr. Lane’s resignation is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.02.
