(b) On June 13, 2011, John Bendheim resigned as director of Zoo Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”), effective June 13, 2011. During his tenure with the Company, Mr. Bendheim also served as a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Company’s Board of Directors.
