Item 8.01. Other Events
On June 10, 2011, the Company was notified that it had been served with a lawsuit seeking certification by the Court as a "Class Action". The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York, alleging certain violations of the securities laws in connection with the Company's filings with the S.E.C. The Company denies any such violations or liability and intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit.
