Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 15, 2011, Aceto Corporation (the “Company”) issued the attached press release that included a letter to the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders Letter”) providing them with a strategic update regarding the focus and future plans for the Company. A copy of the press release, which includes the Shareholders Letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K and is also posted and available on the Company’s website.
