Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 8, 2011, ZYTO Corp (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing the development of the ZYTO Sphere, a biocommunication tool that can be used with animals. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
