Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 7, 2011, Oil-Dri Corporation of America (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for its third quarter and nine-month period ended April 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and the information contained therein is incorporated herein by reference.
