Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 3, 2011, China Biologic Products, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its plan to attend the Jefferies 2011 Global Healthcare Conference in New York, NY on June 9, 2011. Copy of the press release and the presentation materials that the Company plans to use during the Conference, which the Company is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission, are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
