Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
The Lakes Entertainment, Inc. (“Lakes”) 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on June 1,
2011 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at which the shareholders approved the following:
Proposal One: A proposal to elect six directors of Lakes for a term until the next Annual Meeting
of the shareholders, or until his successor is elected and shall have been qualified.

Proposal Two: A proposal to ratify the appointment of Piercy Bowler Taylor & Kern, Certified Public
Accountants, to serve as the independent registered public accounting firm of Lakes for the 2011
fiscal year. The proposal received 22,482,068 votes for ratification, 1,695,003 votes against
ratification. There were 14,968 abstentions and no broker non-votes.
