Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 31, 2011, Randall N. Potts, Vice President of Sales, announced his resignation from Convio, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. Mr. Potts has served as Vice President of Sales since September 2003. The Company thanks Mr. Potts for his many contributions and years of service to the Company. His duties and responsibilities will be absorbed by existing employees within the Company until a successor is named.
