Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 1, 2011, the Company announced the appointment of Mr. W. Matt Ralls to the Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2011, to serve with the class of directors whose term expires at the 2013 annual meeting of the stockholders. Mr. Ralls is expected to stand for election at the 2013 annual meeting.
Mr. Ralls is Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of Rowan Companies, Inc. Mr. Ralls is also a director of Complete Production Services, Inc.
