DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION

On May 23, 2011, Ms. Jackie You Kazmerzak resigned from her
position as Chief Financial Officer of China Information Technology, Inc. (the
"Company"), effective May 30, 2011. Ms. Kazmerzak's resignation is not in
connection with any known disagreement with the Company on any matter.
The Company is in the process of vetting suitable candidates to
serve as the Company's CFO following Ms. Kazmerzak's departure.
The Company's press release regarding Ms. Kazmerzak's
resignation is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
