Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 26, 2011, Ascent Media Corporation issued a press release announcing that it has extended the early tender deadline and the withdrawal deadline with respect to its previously announced cash tender offer for any and all of the outstanding Floating Rate Notes due 2027 (CUSIP No. 58962FBC3) issued by Meridian Funding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
A copy of the press release announcing the extension of the early tender deadline and the withdrawal deadline is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is herein incorporated by reference.
