WCA WASTE CORPORATION ANNOUNCES PRICING OF $175 MILLION SENIOR NOTES DUE 2019
HOUSTON (May 26, 2011) WCA Waste Corporation (NASDAQ: WCAA) announced today the pricing of
its offering of $175 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2019 to qualified
institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933 and to persons in
offshore transactions in reliance on Regulation S under the Securities Act. The notes will bear
interest at a rate of 7.5% per year. The sale of the notes to the initial purchasers is expected
to settle on June 7, 2011. WCA expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay existing
debt.
