On May 25, 2011, PSS World Medical, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in which the Company announced certain financial goals for its fiscal year 2012 and three-year goals for fiscal years 2012 to 2014. This press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
In addition, the Company has made available the following materials, which were distributed at the Company’s 2011 Investor Day meeting on May 25, 2011: the PSS World Medical Investor Day, May 25, 2011 slide deck presentation and certain supplemental financial information (the “Financial Supplement”) for the three and twelve months ended April 1, 2011, previously filed on May 12, 2011.
