Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
The following information is furnished and shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended ("Exchange Act"), or incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
On May 19,2011, IXYS Corporation conducted a conference call. A transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Notwithstanding anything set forth in the transcript to different effect, (i) for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2011, net income was $15.9 million and net income per diluted share was $0.49; and (ii) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, net income was $36.6 million and net income per diluted share was $1.14.
