Other Events.

On March 25, 2011, Hasbro, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company is creating a Center of Excellence for Hasbro Games in Rhode Island.  As part of this, the Company is reorganizing its global games business and moving its games marketing and development groups from East Longmeadow, Massachusetts to Rhode Island.  The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
