On May 24, 2011, Lighting Science Group Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it had postponed its 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which had been scheduled for Wednesday, May 25, 2011. The meeting was postponed to provide the Company with additional time to prepare and commence the mailing of its 2010 Annual Report to Stockholders. The Company will announce a new date for the 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, as well as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting, as soon as they are available. A copy of the press release announcing the postponement of the 2011 Annual Meeting is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
