Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On May 20, 2011, N. Martin Stringer informed the company that he was resigning from the RoomStore, Inc. Board of Directors, for personal reasons, effective immediately. There were no disagreements between Mr. Stringer and the company, or between Mr. Stringer and any officers or directors of the company, which led to Mr. Stringer’ decision to resign.
