Other Events.
On May 19, 2011, SED International Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing that its Board of Directors has reserved an additional $250,000 for repurchases of shares of the Company’s common stock under its Stock Buy Back program.
On May 20, 2011, the Company released the May 2011 Investor Presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
