Beginning May 19, 2011, EMRISE Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer, Carmine T. Oliva, will present a power point presentation at various meetings with both current shareholders and prospective investors (the “Presentation”).  A copy of the Presentation is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
