Other Events.

On May 18, 2011, Dot VN, Inc. issued a press release announcing that since it’s official launch of the Vietnamese Native Language Internationalized Domain Names (“Vietnamese IDN”) on April 28, 2011, registrations have exceeded 150,000 domain names. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
