Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 17, 2011, China Chemical Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced its results of operations for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011and an earnings call to be held on May 18, 2011 to discuss its first quarter of 2011 financial results. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
