(b)On May 10, 2011, Patrick C. Greenwell notified First Advantage Bancorp (the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, First Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank”), of his resignation effective June 17, 2011. Mr. Greenwell serves as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of both the Company and the Bank.
