On May 16, 2011, China GengSheng Minerals, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2011, which financial statements were disclosed on its 10-Q filed on May 16, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
