On May 10, 2011, Russell P. Fradin, a named executive officer of Aon Corporation (the “Company”), and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aon Hewitt, informed the Company that he was resigning from his employment with the Company. Mr. Fradin’s employment with the Company will cease effective May 27, 2011.
On May 16, 2011, the Company issued a press release related to this event, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
