On May 11, 2011, the Registrant announced the Corporation’s financial results for the first quarter and three months ended March 31, 2011, as filed on May 10, 2011 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the relevant Canadian securities commissions in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q; and a conference call with management scheduled for Thursday, May 12, 2011, at 9:00 am MDT.
