Dominion Resources, Inc. (the Company) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 12, 2011.  Results of items presented for voting are listed below.

The following nominees were elected to the Board of Directors and each Director shall hold office until the next annual meeting and until his or her successor is elected and qualifies for service:   William P.
