REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On May 11, 2011, WordLogic Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing that Dell Inc. is now an official reseller of the Corporation’s products.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
