     On May 10, 2011, Quidel Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 8:30 am local time at the Hyatt Regency, La Jolla at Aventine, 3777 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, California. The following matters were voted upon at the meeting:
