Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2011, interclick, inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 as well as its business outlook for the second quarter and full year 2011. The Company also held a conference call discussing such results and outlook on May 10, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. (EST). The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
