On May 10, 2011, Strategic American Oil Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will hold a shareholder conference call on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 4:10 p.m. EST (3:10 CST) to discuss corporate updates. Participation in the call is open to all interested parties.
A copy of the press release, which includes dial-in information, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
