Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2011, Micromet, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2011. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
