Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On May 5, 2011, the Board of Directors of Mammatech Corporation (the “Company”) approved by unanimous written consent the change of the Company’s fiscal year end from August 31 to December 31. The Company intends to file a transition report on Form 10-Q/A for the transition period from March 1, 2011 to March 31, 2011.
