On May 9, 2011, Complete Genomics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The Company held a conference call to discuss its financial results for the first quarter of 2011. A transcript containing relevant excerpts from that conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and incorporated by reference herein.
