ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On May 10, 2011, Allied Healthcare International Inc. issued a press release announcing its
earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached to this
Form 8-K.

On May 9, 2011, Allied Healthcare International Inc. issued a press release in which it
announced that it had acquired BiJu Limited, a supplier of homecare services in Lancashire. A copy
