Resignation of Director.
On April 29, 2011, Mr. Jesus Oliveras resigned in his capacity as a director of the Company. Mr. Oliveras did not resign over any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices. Mr. Oliveras will provide consulting services from time to time to the Company.
