Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 4, 2011, inTEST Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release and held a webcast conference call (as previously announced) regarding its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011. The Company's press release* is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and the textual representation of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
* The press release that is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 shows the correction of the amount of the moving costs for the relocation of our Mechanical and Thermal Products domestic facilities during the first quarter of 2011. As released, the press release stated these costs to be $250,000, however, the correct amount of these costs is $128,000.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 4, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing the filing of a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.3 and is incorporated herein by reference.
